For more than 25 years, the AT&T Foundation has been committed to strengthening communities through advancing education. In 2008, the company launched AT&T’s Youth Aspire Program. This initiative focuses on the need to address the high school drop out crisis and is committed to investing in a well-educated workforce.
AT&T and the AT&T Foundation are working to help
reverse this drop-out trend by identifying
programs like Core Element that assist
educators, students and their families focus on
opportunities for educational success and
workforce readiness.
Debbie Canale, AT&T Regional Vice-President
shares her thoughts, “It is imperative that
small business, corporate citizens and
professional societies extend resources and
support organizations that are dedicated to
educating the future workforce.
AT&T is committed to investing in a
well-educated workforce; it is vital to the
future of our children and our country.” |
